1. It's a controversial subject and some people don't have the correct information.
2. Tribal casinos and tribal sovereignty. In the present time on many indian reservations across the States because this is where the casinos are located.
3. Teacher, class, myself, tribal officials
4. My tribe is in the casino business but I don't know too much about this topic. My experience with my audience is for educational reasons. It doens't affect my research.

Focus on Tribal Officials for AUDIENCE. Using me or the class is a weak identity on audience. Focus on the strong element.
