I'm not sure where to get the cluster map but I can answer the questions about the map I drew on a sheet of paper.
1. Should Native Americans be allowed to own and operate tribal casinos?
2. The possible answers that a couple co-workers came up with are the same ones that I came up with while conducting my research for this question. It seems like I have what I need so far.
3. Everything on my map applies although I have more pros than cons but I do think I have more knowledge being a Native myself.
4. While writing down these possible answers I immediately thought of what I have gathered so far and I have something for every answer on my cluster map. I do believe I'm in decent shape.
5. I always think the worst of any situation just so I don't have any surprises. I do believe that my audience will have questions regarding the cons of this issue so I'm trying to gather as much information as possible on this side of the cluster map.
